Manulife created five insurance plans exclusively for customers of The McLennan Group Life Insurance Inc.: The Extended Health Care, Dental Enhanced and Three Star Plans offer guaranteed acceptance*, with no medical questionnaire at the time of application. While the Four Star and Five Star plans offer enhanced coverage and increased benefit levels, they require a completed medical questionnaire.
